產(chǎn)品概述
阿斯塔QJ(N/T)Z型-氣動偏心調節(jié)閥(或稱凸輪繞曲調節(jié)閥)由偏心旋轉閥,氣動執(zhí)行機構、閥門定位器、手輪機構組成。
產(chǎn)品特點如下:
1.閥座磨損小,使用壽命長:球面閥芯回旋中心不與閥桿旋轉軸同心,可減少閥座磨損,延長控制閥壽命;
2.泄漏量?。洪y芯和閥座關閉時,閥芯繞臂在執(zhí)行機構推力作用下產(chǎn)生微小彈性變形及彈性漲緊力,使閥芯與閥座更加緊密牢固,大大地減小泄漏量;
3.執(zhí)行機構所需扭矩比球閥,蝶閥的小:該產(chǎn)品綜合了單座閥、球閥、蝶閥等控制閥的優(yōu)點,具有閥體流路簡單,流阻小、額定流量系數(shù)大,可調比大、泄漏量小,密封性能好及體積小,重量輕等特點,可廣泛應用于石油石化,冶金,醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)的控制系統(tǒng)中。
阿斯塔QJ(N/T)Z型-氣動偏心調節(jié)閥結構原理
氣動偏心旋轉閥閥芯,閥桿作旋轉運動,所以調節(jié)閥在工作過程中所受摩擦力很小,當閥芯和閥座相接觸關閉時,閥芯繞臂在執(zhí)行機構推力作用下產(chǎn)生微小彈性變形及彈性漲緊力,使閥芯與閥座接觸更加緊密牢固,因此偏心旋轉閥泄漏量很小。同時關閉閥門所需的執(zhí)行機構推力與球閥、蝶閥相比要小。另外在閥芯與上,下導向之間留有一定的間隙以確保閥芯能自動對中。
在偏心旋轉閥產(chǎn)品中,省去了閥蓋這一單獨零件,閥蓋與閥體鑄成一體,由于閥蓋較長,有足夠的散熱面積,故偏心旋轉閥的使用溫度為-40~+350℃。
