返鄉(xiāng)潮現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn),使得越來越多的消費(fèi)主力回落到農(nóng)村市場,他們的到來讓農(nóng)村市場出現(xiàn)新的轉(zhuǎn)機(jī),為電商的發(fā)展提供新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。而新農(nóng)村的建立和城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展,大力加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè),也為物流鏈的建立提供了保障。
青海格爾木:讓農(nóng)產(chǎn)品搭乘“電商快車”銷往全國
近年來,在國家的大力支持下電子商務(wù)發(fā)展迅猛,格爾木市也緊跟市場步伐,搶抓農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售新機(jī)遇,讓特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)電商平臺(tái),走向全國各地。其中有代表性的就是青藏電商產(chǎn)業(yè)園,該園積極推進(jìn)農(nóng)村電商網(wǎng)點(diǎn)建設(shè),拓展特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品網(wǎng)上銷售渠道,讓格爾木市農(nóng)產(chǎn)品紛紛搭乘“電商快車”銷往全國各地。“雙十一”前后,青藏電商產(chǎn)業(yè)園內(nèi)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售額達(dá)到了50多萬元。
2017年,集企業(yè)孵化、物流分揀、行業(yè)管理、產(chǎn)品展銷等功能于一體的青藏電商產(chǎn)業(yè)園在格爾木市中心城區(qū)投入運(yùn)營。產(chǎn)業(yè)園建筑面積30000平方米,大致分為電商運(yùn)營中心、辦公區(qū)、倉儲(chǔ)區(qū)、農(nóng)村電商配送中心、電商體驗(yàn)館等5個(gè)區(qū)域。目前,已入駐企業(yè)300余家。
據(jù)悉,青藏電商產(chǎn)業(yè)園銷售的產(chǎn)品80%為本地農(nóng)特產(chǎn)品。主要對(duì)農(nóng)民的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品收購后,通過中糧網(wǎng)、阿里巴巴、淘寶、拼多多幾大平臺(tái)產(chǎn)品推廣,實(shí)現(xiàn)了實(shí)體店與電商的有機(jī)結(jié)合、線上和線下兩條腿走路,有效拓展了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷路、提升了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場影響力,極大地推動(dòng)了農(nóng)業(yè)升級(jí)、農(nóng)村發(fā)展、農(nóng)民增收。
黑龍江大慶:農(nóng)村電商普及率60% 電商銷售農(nóng)產(chǎn)品超5億
日前,大慶市農(nóng)村電商發(fā)展暨扶貧現(xiàn)場會(huì)在林甸縣召開。從會(huì)上獲悉,2018年前三季度,四縣和大同區(qū)通過電商實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售額5.43億元,同比增長30.8%;肇源縣、林甸縣兩個(gè)示范縣,實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)交易額2.27億元,占四縣一區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)交易額的41.8%。
年初以來,大慶市高度重視電商經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,全市電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)快速發(fā)展。圍繞“糧頭食尾”、“農(nóng)頭工尾”戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施,建立和完善農(nóng)村電商公共服務(wù)體系,農(nóng)村電商規(guī)模不斷壯大。在省市項(xiàng)目資金和政策扶持下,四縣和大同區(qū)的農(nóng)村電商工作取得了扎實(shí)進(jìn)展和明顯成效。
前三季度,四縣加大同區(qū),累計(jì)開展電商培訓(xùn)2.35萬人次,拉動(dòng)創(chuàng)業(yè)就業(yè)6800多人,農(nóng)村電商普及率超過60%。
甘肅張掖:全市開展電子商務(wù)營銷各類主體110家
近年來,甘肅張掖市搶抓國家農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村信息化示范基地創(chuàng)建機(jī)遇,充分利用移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等信息技術(shù)與農(nóng)業(yè)的跨界融合,不斷推進(jìn)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)”深度融合發(fā)展,有力推動(dòng)了農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理精細(xì)化、要素配置化、技術(shù)服務(wù)信息化和產(chǎn)品銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,促進(jìn)了傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)向更具“智慧”的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)邁進(jìn)。
為搶抓電子商務(wù)迅速發(fā)展的政策機(jī)遇和有利時(shí)機(jī),張掖市先后與阿里巴巴、京東等大平臺(tái)合作,按照政府幫扶、企業(yè)運(yùn)作、借力發(fā)展的思路,以淘寶特色中國“張掖館”及線下體驗(yàn)館建設(shè)為突破口,積極組織新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營主體農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)、農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社積極開展電商化轉(zhuǎn)型。
至目前,全市開展電子商務(wù)營銷的各類主體有110家,臨澤小棗、金花寨小米、高臺(tái)辣椒等一批張掖特色品牌農(nóng)產(chǎn)品網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷平臺(tái),“張掖玉米種子”“金花寨小米”“金張掖夏菜”“祁連葡萄酒”等為代表的品牌農(nóng)產(chǎn)品受到市場的認(rèn)可,進(jìn)一步了拓寬農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售渠道,使綠色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品搭乘“網(wǎng)絡(luò)快車”。
