雙蝸殼結構設計
VL（F）離心泵采用了*創(chuàng)新的雙蝸殼結構設計，這種水泵的葉輪出口雙蝸殼雙流道結構，使水泵葉輪出口雙流道*成為180°幾何對稱機構，確保了蝸殼內兩個流道內流動狀態(tài)成幾何對稱，即蝸殼內作用力成幾何對稱分布，故作用于軸和葉輪上的徑向力得到了平衡，同時大大減少了水泵內,渦流和回流現象的發(fā)生，改善了流動性能。雙蝸殼的設計應用于80毫米標準泵以及更大的泵型上。
